They are fast and efficient, which minimizes the effect on your business and allows you to be back in production in the quickest possible time.
We will be pleased to quote for machine removals, factory moves and turnkey projects involving decommissioning, siting of machines and the subsequent recommissioning.
Our team offers container-loading facilities to all export customers.
After Sale Service: Repairs, Maintenance & Breakdowns
We specialise in repairs to all types of conventional and CNC machines, including Metalworking, Sheet Metal and Fabrication machines.
Our in-house team of engineers is experienced in all types of equipment and has sound knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic parts.
In addition to priority callout for breakdowns, we provide regular maintanence of machines. We also offer replacement Guillotine blades and Regrinds.
We do recommend a maintenance prevention contract as a way of reducing down time, which can cause loss of earnings for you and potentially could lose you a customer. Prevention is always better than cure! Please let us assess your needs and quote accordingly.
To conform to Health and Safety regulations, machines must be properly guarded. We will be pleased to quote for suitable guarding for any machine and our engineer's time to fit the item.
We carry extensive spare parts and have contacts throughout industry to obtain competitive spares for numerous makes of machines.
