Q. Are you easy to locate?
A. Yes, we are close to the Dartford Tunnel on the Essex side of the River Thames. The M25 motorway is less than 10 minutes away.
We are also close to Rainham Main line Station (Fenchurch Street line) and Elm Park Underground Stations (District line).

Q. Do you supply tooling and accessories as well as machines?
A. We carry stocks of accessories to suit most types of machines, and will obtain any selection of these products at competitive prices.

Q. How do you offer your machines?
A. Our new range come with all the manufactures guarantees and used machines are offered cleaned, run and checked. However, we can provide refurbishments and rebuilds when requested.

Q. How long have you been established?
A. In excess of 80 years.

Q. I am unable see the machine I want on your website, can you still help me?
A. Due to the fact we have been in business many years, we have extensive network of dealers and sources to broker a machine and you have the assurance of our many years of experience and reputation to back the deal.

Q. If I see a machine on your website, can it be shown working under power?
A. We always try to accommodate customers who want to visit us, and provided we have notice machines can generally be powered up ready for demonstrating.

Q. What are your opening hours?
A. Officially we open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, but we try to fit in with customers. If you want to see a machine out of hours, just give us a call.

Q. Can you recommend a source of finance for us?
A. Through various finance houses, we are able to assist with most types of financing. Many of our customers also use their part exchange machine as a deposit on the new acquisition.

Q. Do you take Credit Cards?
A. No sorry we have no means of taking credit cards, but we can accommodate debit cards.

Q. Can we collect?
A. Yes, we have an overhead crane and forklifts to load onto your vehicle.

Q. Do you offer delivery to our premises?
A. We provide not only delivery, but un-loading and siting of machines and will be pleased to quote you accordingly.

Q. Do you offer Part Exchange deals?
A. We specialize in this type of transaction. Many suppliers of new machines are not interested in taking your old machines, but we not only offer this service, we welcome it!

Q. Does your company purchase machines, as well as selling them?
A. We are constantly looking for stock, and we offer top cash prices for all types of machines tools. We are particular interested in late conventional and CNC machines.

Q. Are you able to service and repair all types of machines?
A. With our own staff of Electronic and Mechanical Engineers we can put our hand to most machines, as we have years of experience of all manner of Metalworking and Sheet Metal Fabrication machines.

Q. Can you offer us a maintenance prevention contract?
A. We strongly believe that prevention is better than cure. Our engineers will carry out maintenance and checks on your machines to minimise the detrimental effect of machine downtime.
